Hello! I am Abdullah Al Mahmud, I was born and raised in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. I have lived in many districts in Bangladesh including Rajshahi, Khulna. I have visited many cities and villages of the country.
Currently I am working as Software Engineer of a renowned financial institution in Bangladesh. I am also a Graduate Student in IIT, University of Dhaka. I completed my graduation in Computer Science & Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) in 2010. I passed HSC and SSC from Rajshahi Cadet College.
I am a multipotentialite. I love computing. I love poetry, philosophy, spirituality, traveling. I love new ideas and innovations. I like to use my different interest for something new and beneficiary. I code in C++, C#, PHP, Java. I use Oracle DBMS. I worked with Oracle Application Express. I am more concentrated in Web Computing, Information Security, E-Commerce.
I starting my professional carrier as Software Developer in ENG in June, 2010 where I developed several websites using WordPress. I worked as Software Engineer in ADN Telecom in 2011 where I worked with a customized ERP for the organization. In 2012, I later joined in IFIC Bank Limited as Programmer where I developed multiple in-house software, working in preparing reports from CBS. Since February 2014, I am working as a programmer in another renowned financial institution in Bangladesh.
I work as an active volunteer member of ORCA. It works in distribution of reliefs during different natural disasters and also provides shelter to many orphans. ORCA arranges blood donation programs all over the country named ‘ORCA blood for life‘. I was an ‘Actioneer’ in Community Action, a non-profit volunteer organization that works for street children.
In September 2005, I received Talentpool Scholarship from Government of Bangladesh. In November 2006, I received Scholarship from Nippon Foundation, Japan. Nippon foundation gives scholarship to only 300 undergraduate students of Bangladesh.
